The best thing about the hotel is its location. It’s got a great view. But the hotel is under staffed. They need to add few more services to make the stay comfortable and should not charge money for basic things at the place such as room heater. The staff behaviour was good but the service was always delayed - they definitely need to have more staff.

The property was beautiful, neatly managed. It was clean and spotless. Rooms were spacious, rather huge. Food was too good. Whoever the chef is there give them a raise. :)

The heater was not working. The mcb keeps on tripping. Also the room condition was not very good. The furniture looked as if it wasn’t cleaned in a while. Also i did not get the room i did the booking for. The room tariff doesn’t justify the amenities served.

The hostel is very good.
1. Centrally located & walking distance to the landing site, ******* colony and bus stop.
2. Hygeine and room maintenance is good.
3. Staff behaviour is very good.
4. The room is exactly as room in the MMT app pictures.
The only problem I had was with the cafe. It is maintained by a third party, so it is not well maintained. There was nothing for breakfast for both the days i stayed except for coffee, eggs and fried rice. And the rates were insanely high. I was charged 599 rupees for 2 cups of very bad black coffee and 1 plate of okayish egg bhurji.
So i would rate the hostel overall 5 stars & the cafe 1 star
