"The hotel and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, they truly made me feel at home with their smiles and caring attitude. The hotel restaurant was delicious, the food wasn’t too spicy, and for those who prefer mild dishes, there are great alternatives like pasta and more. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos, fully furnished and comfortable. It was a rich and heartwarming experience. I highly recommend this place, you can go with your eyes closed, you won’t be disappointed! Namaste 🙏"

"We stayed for 4 nights in mid-August 2026 with family, booking two rooms (one Luxury, one Premium) with breakfast Location & Atmosphere (5/5) Located right in the heart of McLeodganj market. Despite the central location, the rooms had absolute zero noise level. Cleanliness & Amenities (4.5/5) Immaculate cleanliness throughout. Amenities were adequate and satisfactory. Service & Hospitality (5/5) Exceptional service from the front desk to housekeeping. Rohit at the restaurant & daleep from housekeeping or bellman was extremely professional and quick. Rooms & Value for Money (3/5) * Rooms: Slightly compact. Cleanliness and prime location are its biggest advantages; otherwise, it functions as a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star. * Pricing: Visited in June and inquired about August rates. Booking in August (off-season) felt 15%-20% more expensive than what was initially quoted. Food & Dining Experience (2.5/5) Food quality, taste, and variety were very average (feels like a 2-star restaurant). Highlights were limited to the omelettes and in-room Paneer Tikka Masala. Final Verdict: Excluding the restaurant, a solid 4/5 rating earned (otherwise i was on 3/5) purely through the best-in-town location and outstanding staff from front desk to housekeeping."

"Hotels seems newly built , rooms are spacious and clean . Excellent location as well, but it seems management thinks that just by charging premium the property becomes premium . We found the property charges premium for everything but the aspects of a premium property aren’t taken care. There 2 staff which found well trained one of them sits at reception but others aren’t trained at all. No etiquettes to speak to guests not any hospitality. Food is pathetic and average cost for 2 persons"
