It was a very terrible stau for us at Katson castle..
Although we have booked castle premium but the services they provided were horrible.
Fan , electric kettle, geysers and even intercoms all were not in working position.
Internet was not working,tv was not operative.
We have to go again and again at the reception for enquiry.
We asked for 2 extra pillows which we couldn't get till the check out time.Saddest part was not even one person was responding.
Horrible experience.

The property is located at a beautiful place. I was fortunate to get a room with a balcony and a beautiful view . The whole place is quite homely. The staff have gone an extra mile to ensure that our stay is comfortable . The only downside is the wifi connection which is pretty poor. On tge brighter side, The room looks bright and clean and tastefully done. I highly recommend this place.

Food quality is so good, clenness is also very too good, location is good to enjoy view. Sunset view must enjoy... Abhishekbhai and Navubhai is so helpful and so good. Lucky bhai a food manager is so kind person. They care proper for food. Room service is so good.

Multiple times when I needed assistance, there was no one available at the reception desk. I had to wait a long time or search for someone to help me, which was frustrating. Some amenities were not working properly, I noticed an extra amount was added to my dinner bill, which I did not order or consume. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were uncooperative and took a long time to correct the error

Stay location was good and people are generous but lacking cleanliness. I requested for early checkin by 4 hours but the staff took 3hours to provide the room.
