We felt at home away from home. Front desk manager - Ms Tsering - was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She is a real asset to the hotel! We will definitely be back. Hotel is perfectly located and give good value for money. Suit was beautiful and great view.

We were a group of six and stayed two nights in 5 rooms, one of which was a suite. For everyone, it was a lovely experience. The hotel location is ideal; just far away from the noise and chaos of McLeodganj to sleep soundly but close enough to the main streets we didn't have struggle with the steep up/down walking required at most other hotels. The staff were attentive and the rooms were well appointed. All rooms had spacious balconies that provided gorgeous views of the Himalayas and Kangra valley, and plenty of ornery monkeys that offered endless viewing entertainment. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, and the abundant breakfast buffet was especially nice and helpful for morning time management.

A beautiful, new and clean hotel. The staff was always obliging, even when we ran into any difficulties. Beautiful views of the mountains, if you pay a bit extra for a mountain view. The hotel is located in McLeod Ganj, however sits in a more quite area slightly away from the hustle and bustle and honking horns.

We had two excellent stays at this hotel. The staff members were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were particularly well equipped and comfortable. The rooms with a view and balcony are worth the addition cost. The food in the restaurant was also very good and the chef was very accommodating. We highly recommend the Belvedere Himalayan Retreat.

Excellence to par. Room cleaning ladies knew their job professionally. Overall great stay with very professional staff. Personal suggestion to add few more items to breakfast menu. Will visit again with more friends. The Belvedere is nice choice

I had an Awesome stay with family . Clean rooms . Spacious balcony and superb view . Staff Service was very good and polite . Recommend a stay here . Must add that food was very good . Would love to stay here in my next visit . Rooms with no views too have a good seating space , kids can enjoy there as much as they can.

Rooms with awesome Himalayan view from balcony. Dining place too. Making it serene. Very good service. The manager was kind enough to provide us the banquet hall with big screen to watch the India NZ match on Sunday. We were a grp of 12 and had the most amazing time. The taxi service for local travel, we got through the hotel was also great! Walking distance to the market place is an added attraction. Overall great experience

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at The Belvedere. On our very first day, I realized I had left my backpack on the plane in **********. I don't speak Hindi, and Tsering came with all the way back to the Kangra Airport to speak to the airline and help me retrieve my backpack. Every single day, Tsering and the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. Even our picky six year old daughter was eating happily. The rooms were modern and clean and very comfortable. My cousins are planning to visit McLeodganj in April, and I have already recommended the Belvedere to them. I loved this hotel!
