We arrived late yesterday, feeling tired and then we get to know about swimming pool. So we relaxed there. My wife has to apply heena(Mehandi) so our host Savita helped her with this she applied heena(mehandi) at her hands. Such a beautiful experience we had here. Sumit and Rohit were hosts at Restaurant who helped us in picking good food from variety of foods.

Our experience was awesome with the property. Very clean.and hygenic place.surrounded by mountains, valley view and much more. The flavors were incredible, and the presentation was exquisite. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Everything, from the food to the service. First let me start by saying that the hotel is beautiful with great views and very comfortable rooms. We were welcomed by Savita with smiling face . We had a very comfortable room with a balcony on the third floor.We enjoyed delicious dinners and breakfasts, as well as snacks .

Our two-night stay at WelcomHeritage natraj in April 2025 was a truly luxurious and peaceful retreat. Each room was equipped with smart TVs, ensuring both entertainment and convenience. A big thank you to Ms. ,Savita for her warm welcome with Aarti tikka . The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful escape. the rooms are average sized, but comfortable and well appointed. the breakfast buffet runs till 11 am, so that's a +1. Lovely hotel, with caring and attentive staff. Recommend other properties with better service and value for money.

Natraj Hotel offers a warm and welcoming experience with excellent amenities. The swimming pool and cozy bar are perfect for relaxation, while the terrace provides stunning views. The spacious conference hall is ideal for business events, and the comfortable seating areas make it easy to unwind. The friendly staff ensures a memorable stay, combining comfort and great service for both business and leisure travelers. And a girl name prathibha department housekeeping do great job and very friendly nature which I love it

We were a group of 14 and stayed two nights in 9 rooms, For everyone, it was a lovely experience. The staff were attentive and the rooms were well appointed. All rooms had spacious balconies that provided gorgeous views. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was especially nice and helpful for morning time management. One of the best stays i had in Mcleodganj. It is a new property and very nicely built. I had a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend the Welcomheritage natraj mcleodganj. I want to mention reception staff name savita who is really good in hospitality she knows how to take care of the guest. Thanks all the team members.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was super comfortable — clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also a highlight. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious meals — I’ll definitely be back!

The Reception Team are awesome. House keeping staff was very friendly, Sabad , Ajay Jamal, Anivesh from Front Desk, savita was very corporative and helpfull. The location is excellent, Raman was very Helpful or corporative. We also recommend for others
