Nice hotel / Asia spa & resort . We stayed here from 21 feb2025 to 24 Feb 2025 . We occupied 3 premium rooms . Our experience to stay here amazing . Specially our wads who were accompanied wd us . They r living in australia n during these days they r on vacations . Very nice hotel neet n clean Decent property Excellent n very tasty food Shef of hotel deserves for commendable remarks Front staff also very cooperative Staff members specially Harnam singh n Arjan are very kind n doing best service Best thing we noted that a special smile on every staff members face . Recommend everyone to experience once at Asia spa n resort Mecloedganj : Naddi H.P . Best of luck to owner of this property Pls keep it up always . 👍

Good hotel to stay with family, limited breakfast options, they claim that they are 4 star property but services are not upto the mark of 4 star, rooms are large, food is very costly and quantity is less, whereas taste is good.

Although staff at night was very awesome. Cooperative and also gave us an upgrade. The value added services like steam bath, jacuzzi, sauna were all good. But manager in the morning paramjeet was very rude and non cooperative. Even small request were not fulfilled.

Property is good with great location but i'm not satisfied with their guest service as in morning around 9am pool was closed and after my various requests they have not open till 11am and gave my multiple excuses also they did not provide me buffet breakfast instead gave me some selected options for breakfast also when i request for late check out due to pool issue they as asking for extra charges

A must stay at this property if you are hungry for peaceful stay with a spectacular valley view from the balcony of your room. Breakfast could be alarmed carte or buffet, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. Both the options are good but i’m somewhat of an ala carte lover since you get all fresh prepared food right on your plate. Located at around 10 km away from the hustle and bustle of the mcleodganj square. Harnam from the restaurant was a great asset to the service provided to us. Since we had to leave early today, we requested the hotel to pack the breakfast for us which they honoured.

Worst view, I changed the hotel after staying for 1 day. I think you people are cheating on us by providing dirty rooms.

The property is perfect to stay. The amenities, service, courtesy of the staff are good. It fully justifies it star ratings. The view from the balcony is the most positive thing about this property. I dont think any property in mcleodganj can offer this view. Only one negative - the food needs to be reasonably priced. One cup of milk costed almost rs 150 and maggi for rs 300+
