The hotel has very old and damaged furniture. Carpets and chairs are very dirty and the rooms haven't been painted in what looks like years. It looks like the laundry is done with clean sheets and towels but everything else needs a complete redo. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It needs to be closed and completely remodeled. Trip.com needs to take it off their list.

The owner was arrogant and disrespectful. As was his wife.. The rest of the staff was easy to communicate with and deal with, over all. The room was clean, but over priced.

Traveled with my husband and three kids, we are about to check out and I decided to grab a snack for the road at the “ complementary” breakfast. My 8 year old and I grab a waffle, some mini muffins, and 3 bananas. As we are walking out the door the front staff run me down saying I can’t take food out of the building! Like what?????!!! I have never heard of anything like this before. I turn around and everybody in the dining room is looking at me like I am a thief or something very unprofessional and very embarrassing. Sorry my son had to go through this definitely do not recommend.

The room was still dirty as well as the bathroom both needed to be cleaned. The staff was very rude and unprofessional treating me as if i was some kind of criminal, the pool wasn’t open and i didn’t feel welcomed at the end of my trip i was still getting looked at as if i did something

Do not stay I have to wait 2 days hopefully to get back my deposit because they didn't left for me to pick up. I got there last night and left real early so I couldn't get my deposit before a left worst place to stay not even for the price

It did the job for a night, but it was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t have a problem with the front office staff like other people say they have, but overall it was a bad experience. It felt like it was in a ghetto location too.

Worst place ever so I called and booked my room on the phone and I asked them what is there check in age they said 18 and up and when I got there the guy asked me for my age and told me no we don't accept under 21 after I was told I could check in at 19 and refused to give me an refund after being declined in service and the front desk guy starting getting upset with me because I was 19 and when I called back the number I called to booked the lady kept hanging up on me worst place I've ever been in my existence of life!
