This hotel although located in good locality of city,however the stay is not worth.Over priced and surprisingly they don't have round the clock hot water in the washroom.They have fixed timings ( morning & evening )for hot water.A hotel with Rs5000/- per night tariff and lacking this facility is disappointing one.Rooms are also small. Lunch is not buffet.food quality is good.

Very comfortable stay. Good room, services and amenities. Cooperative staff. Only one approach of the front desk staff was that on check out day he informed me the check out time 11 am whereas as per hotel rules it is 12 noon. Management may suitably address it. Overall nice stay.

Horrible experience at the Hotel reception. They deducted 6160 in place of 616. When I asked them to reverse it. They misbehaved very badly with me and started abusing also. Highly despicable staff. Planning to take legal action against them.
