Kaohsiung Xinxing District Hotels

It's in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Kaohsiung Station's Formosa Boulevard Station. There's a cafe next to the first floor, so I think it's the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. The staff speaks English and will give you detailed information about the relaxation space and kitchen during your stay. The building isn't new, but the rooms are stylish and the shower water pressure is great. There is a free relaxation space in front of the room, and there are various magazines and books (including stylish Japanese magazines and books) where you can work on your computer. I stayed here for multiple nights, and was able to relax outside of my room after returning to the inn.

The location is superb, close to Liuhe Night Market, very convenient for tasting food or shopping. The interior decoration is exquisite, full of texture and careful details, making people feel at home. Highly recommended to friends traveling to Kaohsiung!

Great room. Very spacious and nice design. Only problem is soundproofing to the corridor. Fridge quite noisy, but I just unplugged it at night. Big bonus is the laundry facilities, which are free apart from NT 30 for detergent from reception. Dryers were slow, but can't complain as it was free. Lots of nice food places nearby, although the peanut place just round the corner always had massive queues so I never tried it even though it looked amazing. There's an food recommendation map in the lifts, so that's helpful.

Conveniently located near the station and right next to the famous night market, this hotel makes an excellent base for sightseeing. While it's a private-room hotel rather than a dormitory-style one, the rates are quite reasonable and the value for money is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Another nice feature was the TV, which allowed me to watch YouTube and other content. However, the first floor is a regular massage parlor, and you have to walk through it to enter the room, which can feel a little unsettling on first-time visitors. The stairs are also quite steep, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage. While the location itself is convenient, the hotel is located in a back alley, so first-time visitors may find it a little difficult to get lost.

Business with heart, warm space, clean and tidy, I will want to come back downstairs, just the Rijiang business district, convenient 👍

The sparrow is small and complete. Convenient transportation and quiet environment. Breakfast is sufficient!

Good location, big room! But the only drawback is that there is no elevator. When purchasing on the platform, it was not stated that there is no elevator. It was only after the refund time that we learned that there is no elevator. It is recommended that you need a strong man to book this room!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable Stay and Great Breakfast! I recently stayed at Hu House Hotel in Kaohsiung for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient—close to Liuhe Night Market and just a short walk from the MRT station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of the stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of both Western and local ********* options, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it was a lovely way to start each morning. Overall, Hu House Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kaohsiung. It’s comfortable, well-located, and offers excellent value—especially with the buffet breakfast included. I’d definitely stay here again!

You must buy your toileteries here from the receptionist. The location is quite far from the main attraction but you can take metro with 10minutes walking distance to nearest station.

Location was very convenient, right next to 7 eleven, near to bus stop and central station. Asian breakfast and complementary drinks and ice cream round the clock though we didn’t try it. I really didn’t like the carpet as it feel dirty and worn out. Bathroom was great, Japanese bidet and powerful shower. Staff was courteous!
