Upon arriving, I saw staff members and partners at the entrance privately discussing guests, which made me, as a passing guest, feel very uncomfortable. At the front desk, we simply asked politely if a room upgrade was possible, with no complaints or arguments whatsoever. However, the manager who arrived reacted very emotionally, immediately bringing up complaints in a rather aggressive tone, startling both my wife and the on-site staff. As customers, we were only asking a normal question and deserved a calm conversation, not an over-the-top reaction. The hotel has a good foundation in terms of hardware; if the management's service communication could improve, the experience would be much better!
