I can clearly hear people talking, opening doors, and walking in the corridor. The most outrageous thing is that I was woken up by someone talking loudly in the corridor after 12 o'clock in the evening. When I went out, I found that it was the staff talking. Aren't you worried about disturbing other guests? This is a bad review."

The room had two floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views and plenty of natural light. The shower was separate from the toilet, and the facilities were complete and functional. The decor was warm and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The service was attentive yet natural, and the room offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dushanzi, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

Since the weather in Xinjiang is quite dry, my throat was a bit uncomfortable, and the front desk kindly offered me some tea, which made me feel incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I even made sure to take a picture before checking out. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on!"

"Stayed for two nights and never had hot water for a shower. Called twice, and both times they said it would be fine in half an hour, but the water remained cold until check-out. It was minus ten degrees Celsius in winter; I couldn't even take a proper shower. The room's ceiling and walls were filthy, clearly not cleaned at all. There were marks and papers left from previous guests who seemed to have had a party. The water coming out of the bathtub was also yellow. And the TV remote in the bedroom had bad contact; it often didn't respond even after pressing it repeatedly."

"As good as always, the price-performance ratio is high, and there is nothing they can't do. They are perfect. Basically, I choose Atour when I go on a business trip to a city. The breakfast is rich and there is a bright counter. There is no comparison with other brands of the same price. I really want to tell you. I have poor sleep quality, and Atour can satisfy me in terms of sound insulation and pillows. If I really want to find fault, can they replace the washing machine and dryer with an integrated one? I have to wait for the alarm every time I wash clothes. Very annoying."

"1. The table in front of the TV is unexpectedly narrow. Apart from water cups, you can hardly put anything on it. 2. There is no wireless network in room 8365. The power cord is not connected. I had to search for 366.367.361 networks to use it. I couldn't make an internal call. 3. There is no tabletop napkin box and paper. The hair dryer is hung on a hook in the bag. If it breaks, who will be responsible? 4. The sound insulation is very poor. At around 5 or 6 o'clock, the kids in the next room were making a lot of noise. 5. Breakfast is actually in the lobby, like a temporary partition. This is my first time experiencing this, haha. The room is small and the air conditioner is right above my head. I woke up with a runny nose in the morning and thought I had a cold."

"During this stay, the hotel's room cleanliness and facilities were commendable; housekeeping was thorough, and the living amenities were up to par. All deductions come from the service. Upon arriving, I saw staff members and partners at the entrance privately discussing guests, which made me, as a passing guest, feel very uncomfortable. At the front desk, we simply asked politely if a room upgrade was possible, with no complaints or arguments whatsoever. However, the manager who arrived reacted very emotionally, immediately bringing up complaints in a rather aggressive tone, startling both my wife and the on-site staff. As customers, we were only asking a normal question and deserved a calm conversation, not an over-the-top reaction. The hotel has a good foundation in terms of hardware; if the management's service communication could improve, the experience would be much better!"
