For the cost the hotel is not absolutely a good level hotel. The room not clean and the breakfast is very very poor. During the check in me and my wife have been in another subsidiary location which it was not good as expected.

服務沒有笑臉，都是板著臉被動應答；房間裝修遺留味道重且刺眼；智能設備沒有使用説明，形同擺設，體現不出功能；客服服務沒有規範，管理沒到位（垃圾桶套亂放在馬桶上）；總枱沒有任何入住介紹，連早餐、網絡、配套設施都沒一點説明…唯一欣慰的是棉織品還不錯，就是枕套都沒套（就套了保護套）！有損所謂的五星級酒店形象，估計政要接待多了，對散客無視了吧！
