The price-performance ratio is the best. The facilities are new and clean. It is located in the city center and you can walk to the bus terminal.

房間雖小，五臟俱全。衞生間很大，但是沒有做乾濕分離，洗澡後有水不易流入下水道，衞生間會比較濕滑。衞生間下水不順暢，洗手盆的水很容易濺到枱面上。隔音效果不太好，隔壁房間拔床頭充電器或者使用床頭的燈具開關聲都能聽得到。保潔很貼心。酒店門口就是公交站，交通出行方便。樓下有不少餐飲店和商店，也很方便。點外賣直接送房門口，非常方便！整體來説比較滿意，可以給出綜合4.5分的好評。前台很熱心，服務態度特別好。來去比較匆匆，忘了拍照了。

適合旅遊的朋友，旁邊就是克拉瑪依客運站，去布爾津，阿勒泰，每天都有大巴車，酒店服務也很好，附近有個橋，晚上夜景很美，還有噴泉。

周圍房間很吵 ，電視機每隔十分鐘自動關閉，打電話前台，他們讓保安過來看看，保安年紀不小，還反問我怎麼維修，沒有專門維修人員，服務態度不好。

整體空間位置還可以，就是賓館內部設施陳舊，樓道及房間內有異味，不含早餐，房間裏各種使用設備陳舊，但是酒店整體價格還是可以的
