酒店外面停車方便，前台和客房都在2樓，既有步梯，也有電梯，上下出入很方便。酒店從入門，到前台，到走廊，到房間，看得出佈置精細，管理規範，衞生放心。前台和老闆待人熱情，碰上她們吃西瓜，還給客人分發。如果要提一點意見，那就是不太喜歡房間裏有感應燈特別是頂上有比較亮的感應燈—— 一人起夜，滿屋驚醒。

外表看起來不怎麼樣，但是到前台辦理完手續後進去一看，酒店好大，客房非常的寬敞，床也很舒服，居住環境安靜，離明珠夜市很近，樓下吃飯的地方也很多，熱水很好，非常不錯。除了前台小姐姐的態度不是很好，沒有耐心。其他的都沒問題。

酒店房間大，衞生好，服務好，早餐可口，晚上安靜隔音好。有自己停車位，停車方便，對自駕旅行來往獨庫公路很便捷，總體滿意！

服務很差，前台愛答不理的，説話刺刺的，凌晨將近6點才入住，第二天一直敲門説時間到了讓退房，保潔説話很不客氣，服務不是一般的差，睡覺都沒睡好，床很硬，衞生間不是乾濕分離。

酒店乾淨衞生、前台小美女和經理很熱情！幫忙升級了房間這點很感謝！但是酒店隔音不好、晚上來了幾個喝醉的新疆本地人在旁邊聊天放音樂根本無法入睡！到4點找前台換的房間睡覺、這個跟酒店設施無關、但希望下次能在房間沒滿的情況下儘量給客人安排格一個房間、這樣大家都能休息好！

房間馬桶按鈕壞了，環境一般，最可氣的是夜裡，12點了兩個小孩在走廊跑來跑去，嘻嘻哈哈，大人帶着逛來逛去，夜裡不睡覺的嗎，前台也不管一下，搞到快一點才沒動靜，走廊裏的聲音房間聽的太清楚了

準備去獨庫公路，在這連住兩晚，房間設施衞生不錯，停車就在酒店前的馬路上，也方便停車，就是酒店的早餐很晚（8點半），去了還沒準備好。
