來克拉瑪依住過很多酒店，乾淨、舒適、服務好覺得這家做到了極致。第二次入住了，這次定的智能豪華標間，連開燈和窗簾都是語音聲控，還有機器人放餐服務，真是太智能的。以後還是會一如既往地選擇楓林灣酒店。機器人也超讚

家庭房太適合我們這種五口之家了，兩個大人，三個小孩住的非常寬敞，洗澡間、洗手盆、馬桶分別在三個區域，而且有兩個洗手盆，使用起來很方便，不用互相等。前台的小姐姐也非常熱情，有求必應，落了東西，還幫忙給找回來了。

這家酒店的入住經歷令我非常滿意。酒店的外觀氣派，內部裝修精緻而高雅，標間二種裝修風格都很舒服，整體乾淨、整潔、舒適,，一樓的新疆菜味道很地道，之前這個酒店是鵬樂酒店，但服務和裝修真的比之前好太多了，這次入住真的很滿意，下次還會來光顧!

巨差，出去玩這麼多年第一次住到這麼差的酒店，酒店房間完全不隔音，前兩天晚上住的房間太小，最後一天家裡人定了最大的一個客房，整個樓層都沒有人，酒店服務人員要把一羣，最起碼三男兩女的少數民族安排在我們房間旁邊，半夜兩點鐘他們回來了，我聽着他們聊了一個小時到三點鐘，房間電話就是擺設，前台沒電話，我們一趟一趟跑酒店前台跟服務人員溝通多次後無果，最後我們要求在給開一間小房間，一直折騰到半夜四點鐘，第二天家裡人去退房，酒店服務人員説這麼安排方便他們打掃衞生，説如果知道很吵一開始就會給我們換房間而不是等到凌晨，等這類根本不知所雲的話，房間裏面還一直有臭味，真的太差了，建議都不要來住，這樣他們就不用打掃衞生更方便了
