My experience with Carribea Bay was excellent. I have been there again in 2023 and I would say the same. One hotel I would recommend over and over again. I enjoyed the view where from the rooms you could see the lake. I just like the structure of the hotel as well. Generally the physical appearance and maintenance is excellent. When you arrive the staff was very swift in assisting and in no time we were settled in our rooms. so thumps up to the guys who were by the reception the day we arrived on 06 March 2025. The rooms , the comfort and cleanliness excellent. The meals and restaurant service was also excellent. Generally I liked everything about the Hotel.

My family enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms have been modernised to a high standard including the bathrooms. The staff were always on hand to assist us with our requirements. The breakfast was amazing and bountiful. Will always remember the place with a lot of nostalgia...

The reception was great. The rooms were spot on. The team was always willing to offer help. The Chefs were spot on. The waiters were great. The reception from the guards on entry was splendid

The buildings are fairly old and i feel there is need of an overhall of the structures. The location is fairly alright given its proximity and full views of the lake. Increase number of days when you save traditional food.
