"My experience with Carribea Bay was excellent. I have been there again in 2023 and I would say the same. One hotel I would recommend over and over again. I enjoyed the view where from the rooms you could see the lake. I just like the structure of the hotel as well. Generally the physical appearance and maintenance is excellent. When you arrive the staff was very swift in assisting and in no time we were settled in our rooms. so thumps up to the guys who were by the reception the day we arrived on 06 March 2025. The rooms , the comfort and cleanliness excellent. The meals and restaurant service was also excellent. Generally I liked everything about the Hotel."

"Sanny was very welcoming and explained all the facilities available. Our beautiful room with its huge king size bed, fitted with mosquito net was really comfortable. Room also has a ceiling fan and A/C. The socket outlets are incredible. You must come from Mars if you are unable to use these as they are adaptable to any plug. Huge showers. Beautiful views over Lake Kariba. The meals are delicious and staff super friendly. Highly recommended."
