Business Hotels in Karuizawa

The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

This hotel is a bit remote to those not driving . But the rate is very reasonable and by taxi is short distance to everywhere near train and outlet for shopping n food . The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good with live music and cost is very reasonable with good service . But you need to do reservation in advance . There is a big supermarket a few steps away that you could buy fresh produce to cook simple meal in your room’s kitchen . The public pool is sufficient and cleanliness is fair . Overall a value for money hotel .

Nice hotel with 2private hot spring with 24 hrs services We checked in quite late but called the reception before. When we checked in, they already printed all form and guest information to make our check in smooth Breakfast is ok but if not included in the package, it would be but overpriced. The roomm is clean and spacious.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel. We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't. There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely. Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

I was worried of the quality due to how cheap the booking was. But I was genuinely surprised how neat the building, lobby, rooms and bathrooms were when we got there. The place was convenient and close to the Outlet and convenience stores (by car) I like how comfort inn is very modern too as they have menu/further info that you can access via QR code once you are in the room. Even if you also place do not disturb on your door, you will still receive fresh towels/linens outside your door. Overall it was a pleasant stay. For those wondering, the front desk is 24/7, so you can check out as early as 3am. The only sad thing is I couldn’t bring my pet. I hope they can lift that policy in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I arrived at the hotel early, so I parked my car and left my luggage. Even if I walked through Karuizawa Ginza and was tired and came back, I asked for a little early check-in to drink tea in the lounge. But what about the welcome drink at check-in? I was asked, and for a moment ... ! I wanted to say that there was a welcome drink ahead. The room was upgraded and thanked. When you enter the room, everything is excellent! Cleaning is well done, the room is large enough and the quality of the bed is quite good. The hard side is the best. But the breakfast ingredients and seasoning were room for improvement, and the dining service was family level. We look forward to the up of manpower. We will stay again. Thank you for your help. Although it is far from the station, it is very convenient to have someone to pick it up by car. In the morning, you will be booked with you to determine the time to go. The only inconvenience is that there is no supper in my order. There are no convenience stores around. Other play facilities and hot spring bath facilities are ok The prices are also very clean. I also arranged a large room for me alone I ate breakfast at the hotel in the morning and loved waking up in the forest early in the morning. Reservations must be made in advance (Japanese and English) Waiting for pick-up at the general parking lot at Nakaruizawa Station, there will be signs on the car

I really like the temperature in Karuizawa. I went there during the summer vacation and it was almost 10 degrees cooler than Tokyo. It felt a bit like autumn. The hotel is in the woods, very quiet. The breakfast is provided for each person, but it is freshly made and tastes good. It’s not far from Karuizawa Train Station, just a few minutes’ taxi ride and about 15 minutes’ walk.

The environment is very beautiful and quiet, suitable for family trips with children, especially the food and service of the hotel is very good, I will go again next time
