Provides shuttle services to Karuizawa Station (which is also where the factory outlet is). Super good service, all the staff members are so welcoming, nice and helpful, and they bid the guests goodbye the traditional Japanese way when we leave, such a warm touch. Very good breakfast with a super nice view. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.

The waiters are very friendly, the hot spring bathing area is very comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful, including Mount Asama. There are coffee beans in the room so you can grind them yourself and enjoy your coffee.
