Hotel Harvest Karuizawa

雖然晚了來check-in, 工作人員都熱情接待，謝謝。這裡地方環境，設備，房間，食物都超級捧，好後悔只訂了一晚及比較夜才來check in, 第二晚的房間也訂滿了,現在就要計劃下一個假期再來了,慢慢好好地享受。

環境優美非常適合家庭旅遊

It's about a 10-minute drive to the Karuizawa outlet mall, and about a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket and convenience store. This is a fairly large, new hotel. The rooms are quite spacious if you use a twin bed. The design is modern and relaxing. The bath, toilet, and washroom are all separate, so it's easy to use. All the amenities are in one color. Our room was on the first floor, but there was a chair on the terrace, and beyond that a large lawn, so you can feel the nature. There is an air purifier, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, disposable slippers, and a yukata. There was an ice maker and a microwave in the hallway. The rooms and the building are well-cleaned and clean. There is a large public bath, but it is a little far from the guest room building, so it took a while to get there. There are about three baths and a sauna. It is spacious enough to relax in if it is not crowded. You can view the surrounding mountains from the semi-open-air bath in the morning or until sunset. The water is listed as hot spring water, but it smelled a little strong of chlorine. On the reception floor, there is a souvenir shop, a restaurant, a lounge, and a self-service wine bar. There were several restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast plan could be changed to a takeaway lunch box that could be eaten in the room. The breakfast venue was quite crowded and there was a line to get in, so I took the takeaway and ate it slowly in the room. All the staff were very friendly. It would be a waste to stay just one night, and I think this is a comfortable hotel that is also suitable for long-term stays.

The room was spacious and satisfying, but the quality of the staff at the French restaurant was very poor. They were not new employees but part-timers, so they spoke politely, but their words and the service they provided were inconsistent.
