I paid the bill for one night in cash, I did not take the bill. The Hotel also charged me the same amount from my bank account as the amount paid in cash. The Hotel cannot find any trace of this cash payment (strangely) and no longer responds to my emails. I do not recommend paying in cash at this establishment.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, great for relaxing, but €10 per day for a parking space is a real cheek. The temperature in the room and bathroom was disgusting. I woke up several times in the night sweating, even though the patio door was completely open and it was pleasant outside. The menu from 50 years ago offered little choice and was completely overpriced. Pets are allowed in the hotel, which is not a problem if the animal is well-behaved. Next to us was a dog that barked loudly at 4:30 a.m. and on the patio at 8 a.m. and the owners had nothing better to do than smoke one joint after another at that time. You couldn't even get any air. Your stomach couldn't cope. When you mentioned this at reception, there was no understanding, the staff were annoyed. They hardly spoke any German either. The first member of staff didn't understand me for minutes. Oh yeah, and the infrared cabin was broken too. When we brought this up, the employees were extremely unfriendly and offended, instead of apologizing or offering compensation. I have rarely experienced such unprofessionalism.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir erwarteten nicht viel aber das wurde leider noch unterboten. Der Eingangsbereich auf dem Weg zur Rezeption hatte überall alten Spinnweben, ist doch nicht so schwer diese regelmässig zu entfernen. Unser Eindruck des Hotels war überall ist irgendwas zur Verbesserung angefangen aber nirgends ist was fertig. Restaurant hat die Gemütlichkeit eines Wartesaales. Essen war na ja. Extrawünsche konnten nicht abgebracht werden. Personal macht den Eindruck, von Gastfreundlichkeit habe ich schon gehört, geht mich aber nichts an. Bei der Abreise wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob alles gepasst hat, wahrscheinlich will man den Gast nicht noch animieren zu meckern.

Man erwartet keinen Luxus - aber Sauberkeit wäre doch das Mindeste!Das Zimmer total verstaubt,der Duschkopf einfach nur verkeimt,die Fernbedienung vom TV verstaubt und verklebt, extrem hellhörig,Frühstück ist in jeder Bäckerei um Welten besser. Das Schlimmste waren aber die Kissen!! Die haben so eklig "gerochen"....man hatte das Gefühl als hätten auf diesem Bezug schon mehrere Personen geschlafen. Wohlfühlen geht anders. Sehr spartanische Ausstattung . Das Essen im Biergarten war nach langer Wartezeit- ok - Personal ist nicht unfreundlich- aber auch da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Parkplatz 10€ am Tag- geht's noch ? Auf mich wirkte alles ziemlich ungepflegt Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder!
