I'm going to start by saying the overall review score for this motel seems really low. Our stay was adequate. Check-in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. If we hadn't been in the middle of a heatwave advisory, we would likely have enjoyed our stay more, but the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling the room. They either have the temperature capped to not be allowed lower than a certain amount or the A/C unit just isn't suitable for the size of room. We carry a clip-on fan, but the room decor didn't offer a place to clip it to. Wifi was okay in most places in the room but dropped in a few spots. I'd seen they offer a complimentary mini-bar, so I wrote in my room request/comments that we don't drink alcohol and like still water. All that was left in the mini-bar was sparkling water and alcohol, but the mini-bar advertisement mentioned soda and tea. They probably just didn't read my request, but I felt like we were being pranked. If not a really hot day/night, we would have enjoyed the stay more.

I have forgotten my mobile phone on 27 September. After several emails I received an aswer that my phone has been found but now I cannot have any information about how to have it back. This is very bad service and assistance. There is one contact phone number that fors not give any aswer.

Die Zimmer sind top, selten ein besseres Cabin Feeling vorgefunden. Das Essen zwar nicht unbedingt gesund, aber sehr lecker. Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich… Warum also keine 5 Sterne, sondern nur einen? Absolut unterirdischer Kunden Support. Leider wurde trotz Mitteilung die Geschäftsadresse auf der Rechnung vergessen und ich kämpfe vergeblich um eine Korrektur, auch nach 5 (!) telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontaktaufnahmen keine Hilfe und Rückmeldung. Das ist so natürlich ein ganz fader Beigeschmack und ich kann daher für Business Traveler das Hotel nicht wirklich weiterempfehlen, Schade.

Das Timberjack macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Holz überall und die Zimmer sind toll und sehr groß. Unser Bad mit freistehender Badewanne ein echter Hingucker. Die Betten extrem bequem. Der Ausblick ist nicht so toll aber bei den Zimmern will man eh nicht rausgucken. Ein wenig besser saubermachen könnte man in einigen Ecken. Da sammelt sich Staub aber das ist nicht ausreichend für Punktabzug. Ansonsten gerne wieder.
