STAY AWAY! We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

Such a lovely hotel all the staff are so welcoming and friendly, such a good atmosphere all round , the rooms was so calm and perfect to just enjoy the holiday , the food was delicious thanks to every worker in that hotel they make there best to make our holiday perfect

I recommend everyone to choose this uncredible hotel and make a holiday really easy planned and nice doesnt matter you go for a rest or bussiness. Staff iw the most friendly what I ever met also management is very good doing their jobs. Food is vary everyday so for everyones choice. Rooms are clean,tidy and smell OK. Environment perfect and friendly for kids also. Do a favour for you and book this hotel ❤️

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and we were very disappointed. This is an honest review The hotel is rated at 5 star- it is not a 5 star, I would say it is 3 star at best. The only thing that is 5 star about it is the beach. On arrival we were checked in promptly and were shown to our room. We had an ocean view room so we werent far from reception. The room itself was spacious with traditional African furniture. However, you had to hang the door to shut it properly. The rooms were cleaned everyday but there are places in the rooms which are tired and in need of a revamp- the tiles on the shower for example and the rusty mirror above the sink. There is a safe in the room, however, the safe is not attached to anything so a just be picked up and carried out of the room- not very secure! Wehad problems with the air con on our room. We reported this and the maintenance man came and we were told it was fixed. However, on returning to the room there was water all over the floor. We reported this again and again the maintenance man came out and told us that we couldn’t have the air con below 20 degrees. This didn’t fix the primer and we were woken up at 3am by the air con making the sound of a pneumatic drill. We reported this again and after some arguments we moved rooms where again the air con began leaking water on the floor but we just decided to leave it as we had already had enough hassle. One evening the smoke alarm in our room began beeping as if the battery needed replacing. We reported this to reception when we went for dinner and after eventually getting them to understand the problem ( after being accused of smoking in the room (neither of us smoke! )) we were told the maintenance man like fix it. On returning to the room, the whole smoke alarm unit had been removed from the ceiling and not fixed at all. It was never replaced and we spent there of the time with no smoke alarm in the room! Some of the staff at the hotel were friendly but some were quite rude. All staff seemed to be obsessed with their mobile phones and at any opportunity would be using their phones and seemed perturbed if you interrupted them. At times there were 3/4 staff just sat around the the reception desk chatting and messing around instead of ensuring the bar area was cleaned everyday and tidy. It was almost treaded like a social club and this was further reflected by the background music that was often played- so loud that you could talk without shouting and inappropriate with swearing in it. The pool is nice however, the pool is not cleaned on a regular basis/ to a high standard and the water often appeared dirty. There is no bar at the pool so if you want a drink you have to go up to the main bar which is up some quite dangerous steep steps with no handrail. The pool area itself/ sun beds are not cleaned down daily and we more that on done occasions there was some rubbish/ bottles/ glasses left there for a few days. There was also paint ch

The amazing place to rest!!! I was with a group of 29. The hotel has a large area, with lots of greenery and beautiful flowers. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day. Free beach towels and sunbeds are provided. The food in the restaurant is varied, local and very tasty. The staff is extremely kind and smiling, always ready to help. Special thanks to Elinde, Stella, Gabi, the unique animation team, the cooks, maids, reception. Our 7 nights were not enough to enjoy the wonderful conditions.
