いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

The response of the front desk staff was polite and friendly. I think it is a hotel targeting visitors to Japan, but Japanese stay is also affordable and comfortable. I paid more as I booked less than two months ahead for one night without free cancellation, probably the night was within peak season. Everything is good but the double-bed room assigned was small. Bed is small for two adults. No chair but only a small desk was provided.. Shower and toilet are good in size. I would book this hotel again but would book twin-bed room for two to stay.

The hotel is very close to Jr Kawasaki Station and only 8 minutes away from Keikyu Kawasaki Station, so it only takes 15 minutes to drive to Haneda Airport. It is highly recommended that you stay here when you get off the plane at Haneda Airport.
