Pet friendly Hotels Keflavik

It's a bit of an oasis from the bleakness of the surrounding area, which made the warm welcome more special. We didn't explore but there's a nice view of the harbour, and although we didn't try it the hot tub looked welcoming. I loved the massive rotatable globe in reception, and though the restaurant closes early (9pm) thankfully we'd already eaten and could grab a glass of wine from reception. They left a voucher out in the morning for an early morning taxi to the airport (saves £25), which was a nice touch. The room was good, with a huge modern TV. The blind was broken (luckily we could close it, but couldn't open it in the morning) and in the corridor there was a loud whistling noise from the wind. Also they only provided one pillow each. So a few small complaints stopped it getting 5 stars.

The hotel is very good in terms of food, that is, the sound insulation of the room is not very good, the sound of dragging the suitcase upstairs, the sound of cars on the street, the sound of the guests in the bar downstairs can be heard, and people who are sensitive to the sound are cautious. It is very close to the car rental place, just two or three kilometers, and there are many gas stations next to it. It is very convenient to return the car.

Room hygiene is OK, domestic quality, breakfast is average, there are few things, but tea, coffee and hot water are available all day, which is still very convenient. The location is 6 kilometers away from the airport and 20 kilometers away from the blue lake, which is very convenient After traveling around the island, take a break and leave by plane. When the hotel goes out, turn right and there is a Thai meal, which makes it more comfortable to eat. The room is not big, and the water for bathing and showering is relatively large. Easy parking. The hotel can sign up for various tourism projects and signed up for the Aurora Group. I was very lucky to see the 8-level Aurora, a small group, and a full-size SUV to pick up and drop off the store, which is very convenient and comfortable.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Everything needed was provided. Being able to make a hot drink and having a microwave was very welcoming. The breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty. Location close to the airport is very convenient for the early flight.
