Booked for a two night stay. Had a car accident on the motorway and had to be towed home. Host wouldn't even consider a partial refund when cajoled to respond by Airbnb. No communication or response from him in person. Would've been nice to recieve some sort of response even it it was just an explanation why not. Lack of consideration.
