Ample parking when I arrived althoughby 3pm it was full. Friendly reception staff. Clean room. Nice view from window. Unfortunately never any staff in restaurant in the afternoon and evening of my stay so i was forced to eat elsewhere. The menu was also very limited.

Great stay this weekend and a special mention and massive thank you to Rachel who went above and beyond to track down my Stanley cup! I was gutted when I thought I'd lost it and she not only checked lost and found but asked housekeeping to look out for it keeping it safe in the staff room. So very grateful for her calling me back. She was an absolute star. Thank you Rachel

Fantastic 2 nights stay at Premier Inn Keswick. The hotel is very very close walk to Keswick town centre, literally a 5 minute stroll and opposite the Pencil Museum. The rooms are clean, and comfortable as you expect from Premier inn. Great selection for Breakfast also. I cannot thank the staff here enough, we had a very long drive up, and they allowed us to check in early so they we could rest and freshen up for the start of our trip, all staff myself and my partner dealt with were very friendly and welcoming and are true assets to this establishment. When we visit Keswick again, we are most certainly booking here!

We stayed for one night in a premier plus room. This turned out to be one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in - modern, very clean, comfortable rooms and a great location a short walk from the centre of Keswick. Great value. Car parking is a bit limited on site but there are nearby car parks available if you can't get a space here. Overall we had a really comfortable stay and will definitely return.

Can’t fault this place. Great staff, perfect location and stunning views. We slept so well and so pleased we ignored all the negative reviews. It’s perfect for exploring Keswick with everything on your doorstep. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!!

Worst stay ever on a Premiere Inn, we had 5 rooms booked. The accessible room for a disabled family member wasn’t because the bathroom door was off the runners and couldn’t be opened without 2 of us physically lifting it out of opening, hotel said nothing they could do. My room only had one towel on it, when we asked for more, as the room was booked for 2, was told there weren’t any, eventually a second towel was found 4.5 hours later. A third room only had one bed made up and eventually managed to get bedding and make the second bed up ourselves. Again only 1 towel in room and extra couldn’t be found. Having decided to have a family catch up on the bar and perhaps watch a bit of football we waited 25 minutes for someone to come to bar area and serve us and on asking for tv to be put on was told it didn’t work. Never once an apology. The hotel is clearly understaffed, which was apparent by the conversation of staff we overheard whilst having breakfast discussing there staff meeting with management and their failure to respond to staff grievances about lack of staff! To end even the normal great breakfast wasn’t…. Hard crispy black pudding and rubbery eggs. Don’t even think about trying to park at the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable as usual, and I had a good night sleep. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the town centre and has its own car park. Just be careful, don’t leave the car park once you’ve paid because if you return and there are no spaces left You’ll have to find an alternative car park even though you’ve paid, not an ideal system. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because there are far better places in the town. the evening meals the hotel offers are very limited and average quality. checking in was painfully slow because both automated machines were not working resulting in a long queue and one member of staff having to check everyone in on his own. because you are unable to check in before 3 pm there was a large queue at this. Overall, an enjoyable visit, not perfect by any means, but I would recommend
