Pros- the hotel is close to the lake. Food is good. All rooms are valley facing with a large balcony. The room was neat and clean. Cons- reception does not have a pos machine. The rooms are spacious yet extremely basic. The kettle provided had dip tea pouches in it. The road leading to the hotel from khajiar is kutch and broken in many places. The parking had space for just about 4 vehicles. I had ordered a glass of milk and realised it was made of powdered milk.

The view of mount kailash from this hotel rooms is fabbb. But there were plumbing issues and they charged extra to provide heater. Overall the room and view is really amazing

My stay was average. It was not too good. The way to hotel was not good. It took me about 30 mins to reach because the road was full of stones, there was no light on road. Hotel manager didnt on the light on roads. He said i will not on the lights.

The location was beautiful, just behind khajjiar lake. The view of the mountain ranges was amazing and one has to experience. The food was well prepared as per our need.

Property was old but average. The food options and taste of the food was not satisfactory. Luckily the service was the only part which was good, and the location of the property. Frequent power cuts are common.

Horrible customer service, staff is very unhelpful, they have no idea how to treat guests. Employees actually make you first wait for them to finish while they are on phone texting. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, unless you like being treated poorly by staff.
