"As a loyal fan of B2 hotels, I found that while the property isn't located on the main road, it wasn't too difficult to find. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The security guard greeted guests warmly, and the reception staff were friendly, cheerful, and provided great service. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Khon Kaen."
"Pros: The price was affordable, the staff were very helpful, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. I especially liked that the bathroom was well-designed with separate zones for the shower, toilet, and sink. The air conditioning was effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable.
Areas for improvement: There was no hairdryer in the room; guests had to borrow one from the front desk and return it after use. Facial tissues were also not provided. The location is a bit out of the city center compared to major hotels, so you'll likely need a car or a ride-sharing service like Grab to get around. Walking to tourist attractions might be a bit far, but this is a fair trade-off considering the price. Additionally, the face and bath towels were a bit old/worn, and while the bathroom wasn't spotless, it was perfectly functional.
Summary: Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were good, and despite a few missing amenities, it offered excellent value for money and a comfortable night's sleep, which is all that really matters."
"Positives:
Clean rooms: Guests generally found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff: The staff was often praised for their helpfulness and friendliness.
Convenient location: The hotel is near the Khon Kaen Night Market and other shopping and dining options.
Negatives:
Noise: Some guests complained about noise from the street or other guests.
Poor breakfast: The breakfast was often described as subpar or limited.
Outdated facilities: Some guests found the facilities to be outdated or in need of repair."
"Was a decent stay. For the price you pay you definitely get your monies worth that’s for sure. Decent sized room. Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too"
"We stayed in a king-sized bedroom on the 7th floor. The room was clean with two large windows, that enabled us to see a good city view. The location was excellent. It's very close to several good-tasted restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and eager to help. There're two fitness rooms and a swimming pool available. Not many guests used these facillities. The amenities were all set. The only drawback found was a little leak of water at the corner of the bathtub due to its aged ceramic tiles."
"The room is perfect for sleep, not very large but the room size is give me snug. I stayed there for two nights. It was no any bad comment. The room is very clean. I recommend you to stay in this hotel and if i have to visit Khon Kaen again I would stay here again."
"The room is really good. It is not narrow at all. They have a kitchen with big refrigerator, a sink and a couple of glasses inside. Bathroom is wide enough too with a shower gel and shampoo, shower cap and cotton bud. But the room is not soundproof. I hear the noise outside."

Amazing
DDazzacottStaff are very friendly and welcoming at reception and the restaurants. A choice of three restaurants in the hotel, Ground floor coffee/sandwich, floor 27 Thai and Itallian and Rooftop bar/restaurant. Rooftop bar is small and has live music (not spectacular bands though) and food is ok but not great. The better dining experience is definatly floor 27 restaurant.
Stayed in the Kaen Studio room on floor 23 which was spacious, clean had own pod coffee maker and large refrigerator. Shower and seperate large tub for relaxing.
Great space also for working if needed.
Outdoor Swimming pool on floor 28 was large with a few loungers around to chill if you want to. Swimming pool and area around was very clean.
Would definatley stay again and recommend this hotel for couples or business travellers.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed the stay here. I had to make a last minute booking as my plans changed about an hour before I made the booking, and arrived at an odd timing, but it was still easy to check in. The room was really enjoyable as well.
TThisisLeeGood hotel, quite central and within walking distance for bars/restaurants. Very clean and decent sized room at a very competitive price with ample breakfast choice.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
KKairrroVery convenient location - from this point easy to go everywhere. There are a lot of good restaurants around. Rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere in the hotel is nice
SSarisaThe hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which causes loud drilling noises throughout the day. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here, as the noise was quite disturbing until around 5 p.m. However, after I called to inform the hotel, they stopped the work.
The room is spacious, but the décor feels rather old-fashioned and not very modern. The bathtub was damaged, and the drain couldn’t be opened after use. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price paid.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly, polite, and provide good service. The live music in the lobby was also very nice.
Breakfast is great.
寶寶號The hotel room is a bit dilapidated. I stayed for 3 nights and found cockroaches on the first night😵💫 Mosquitoes and geckos are inevitable. There is only one pair of slippers in the double room, but luckily I am used to bringing my own slippers and toothbrush. The breakfast is relatively simple and the portions are small. I order 3 breakfasts for two people every morning. Of course, I have to pay for the extra one.
Although it is not a great hotel, it is quite small and green enough. It is also cheap and close to the city center. It only takes less than half an hour to drive to basic attractions.
DDr BPThis is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon.
I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it.
There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough.
Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
SSasiiiiGood bed, very big TV, lay down and watched YouTube all day. The first room had a problem with the air conditioner being loud and dripping water. The staff changed the room immediately. The location is very good, convenient to travel. Breakfast is provided, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided every day, there is a wardrobe (a little old), and a refrigerator. Very good. But the room is a little old, but I forgive it. I will stay again.
เเที่ยวให้รู้The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
