The room is super big
Can sleep more than ten people
But it’s a pity that there is no hot spring
The room is a bit older but still hygienic
Go to the outlet. It’s very close and easy to shop.
It was a little far from the station and the weather was bad so I took a taxi. The view was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.
I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The bathroom and shower room were very clean and satisfactory. The location was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was not bad because it was near Kokura Castle, a major tourist attraction. The bed was also quite soft, so I slept well. The only downside was that the bunk bed was very high, making it difficult to get up and down. On the other hand, if you were assigned to the first floor, the space above and below was very wide, so it seemed more comfortable.
Far from station, car parking lot is a bit far to the Hotel itself and extra pay for Car park which is normal in Japan. Good side is, it’s near the Castle but a bit walking distance going to convenient stores.
The loft bed wasn't made; the cups and blankets were just piled on it. If you wanted to sleep there, you had to make the bed yourself. Also, the lady at luggage storage would only let you store your bags until noon after checking out. If you have a 28-inch suitcase, you might want to reconsider this hotel, as you might not be able to fully open it. The breakfast was decent and filling, though. Being a hot spring hotel, men and women have separate bathing times. The toiletries provided were very comprehensive and self-service.
Smile Hotel, the location is very good, right in the shopping street, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from the station, and it only takes 10 minutes to Kokura Castle. The hotel facilities are very new, the cleanliness is very good, and the staff are polite
Well, it's cheap, so it's neither good nor bad. If you're young, you're lucky to be invited to customs, but you're not young. Thank you for the inbound, it's too expensive everywhere. m (_ _) m
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from JR Kokura Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The area surrounding the hotel is brimming with food options, including late-night eateries, which is perfect for a midnight snack.
In addition to the food, the hotel is situated near a bustling shopping district and a shopping centre, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. There's also another local train station close by, which adds to the convenience.
The room itself was very clean and satisfying, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The only minor downside was that the toilet was a bit small, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
The rooms are a little old, but they are well-cleaned and have good security. One of the hotel's special features is that you can get free rice balls in the dining room until 9am. The woman at the front desk is very friendly and polite. It's a very warm place.
