My visit to the Hilton Garden Inn was disappointing due to the fact the hotel was so outdated. The baseboards in the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages, contributing to the overall lack of maintenance. To add insult to injury, I had an uncomfortable encounter with the redhead MOD. I came downstairs barefoot, where I was told brusquely I needed to wear shoes. As a Diamond Life Member, I wasn’t aware of such a policy, and while I understand there are likely such regulations, the way I was told felt uncalled for. With my corporate office right across the street, I’ll be back in the area—just not back here. Wherever I end up traveling next, I will have to check the shoe policy from now on.

This is a great Hilton Garden Inn! Very up to date and well managed property. Rooms are very nice and breakfast was awesome! Employees were very friendly and accommodating! Was told it is going to be updated but doesn’t need it! Up to date electrical for all your devices!

The hotel has friendly staff rooms are decent. Absolutely zero water pressure for showers. The breakfast is a $10 charge a day and has no flavor sausage was black and had a bill with a tip thrown in your face. used to be a nice hotel but needs some work.front desk Staff is amazing.

This place is a dump and not up to the usual Hilton Garden Inn standards. Outdated furnishings, stained tub, moldings, doors, wallpaper chipped or ill fitting. Don’t waste your money. No real restaurant. Looks like they did some kind of mini renovation to cover the boogers but unsuccessful.

Room was clean and everyone was so sweet. The bartender was wonderful and the bourbon selection is amazing. The gentleman that was cleaning the lobby was the best. He opened the elevator for me when I was walking up to it. He grabbed extra towels for us as well. Super polite and professional. All employees were. Husband stays for business and I tag along. Cannot beat the location.

Such a wonderful stay, very spacious rooms. The cleanliness is impeccable. Staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is very close to interstate, restaurants, shopping, and University. Only negatives is takes awhile for water to get hot, and the shower curtains. If in Knoxville this will be my hotel of choice.

1. Restaurant only serving bar food, not dinner. Out of food and cook didn’t show. 2. Beds squeak like a 1930’s iron bed. Toilet had poop stains 3. Smoking lounge outside our door on a non smoking floor. 4. All employees were texting or playing on their phones. Nobody greeted us at anytime coming or going.

This is a classic HGI. Very clean, friendly staff, everything worked. And the breakfast was great! The food was delicious and the lady handling the service was excellent. Also, the TV in the room was huge with a great picture. We will definitely plan on this being a regular stop on our travels.
