Honest Review:
Pros: Impeccable location right on the waterfront, friendly staff (except for one), who go the extra mile and give their best despite the advanced state of disrepair of the facilities and rooms.
Cons: -Rooms are in tatters.
-Haphazard air conditioning that works one day and breaks down the next with an infernal noise even though it's stiflingly hot; impossible to sleep without it.
- Cockroaches galore come out of the bathroom, their beautiful shiny brown color. As soon as you finish talking to one to convince it to leave the room (helping it with a tissue, of course, without killing it, I should add), another cockroach shows up, just as handsome and dressed up as the first, and also asks for an interview, so it's the same old story. So, if you're sensitive to cockroaches, stay away. - A truly disappointing breakfast, no coffee or tea, just Nescafé and Lipton sachets, and toasts. A word of advice: don't ask for a paid coffee; it's just colored water.
- No room cleaning for 3 days.
- All hotels send their staff back and forth to the pier to help with luggage, but not this one! They have motorcycles for this purpose, but their use remains ambiguous as to who benefits from it.
In short, I'll never go back!
