The location of the hotel is in the center but there is a dirty lake in front of the hotel and there is a bad smell Breakfast is very bad and no variety.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you don't want seafront. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach if you want to watch the sunrise and five minutes away from Walking Street. The rooms are a generous size and cleaned every day. The place is clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help with your every need. The pool is cleaned every morning and no restrictions on when you can use it is a plus for me, as I'm up at 6.00 a.m. and can swim for an hour before breakfast. The breakfast itself is simple but adequate - we went at low season so this maybe different at other times. To finish on a positive note there is a pick-up and drop-off service to from and to the ferry terminal - we called it our own Executive Transfer. Those who have experienced this will know what I mean!

Main complaints:
1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

It was a day trip and they provide to pick us up at the ferry terminal. We had a good experience in riding a 3wherl scooter ride. And the people surrounding are very friendly. Hotel owner snd son are friendly too. We had a great day in koh lipe san pita!

Very nice, we felt very comfortable and clean, not noisy at all!! I recommend this hotel and going to the pool at night to see the stars!!! They have a service where the ferry drops you off at the hotel and from the hotel to the ferry, totally free. The breakfast was not very extensive but it did the job. The reception and the girls were impeccable!!!

The room is not proportional to the price, maybe because of the New Year. The room on the first floor is relatively old. The extra bed for an 8-year-old child is 500🐷 per night including breakfast. The lean meat porridge for breakfast is delicious, but the variety is monotonous and the same every day. Pick-up and check-out
