Both the hotel facilities and the guest room were exceptionally clean, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently polite and friendly, leaving a great impression regarding their service. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a semi-double room to a King room, which I truly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more spacious and relaxing. On the other hand, while the amenities provided covered the basic necessities, I found them to be somewhat lacking compared to other hotels in the same price range. Nevertheless, my overall satisfaction was high, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the opportunity.

A very cozy hotel with wonderful breakfasts overlooking the bay and friendly staff. The rooftop offers a magnificent view. The onsen was pleasant. I recommend it. It was a bit tricky finding the exit from the train station, but the hotel staff gave us directions and we managed to find our way.
