Spa Hotels in Kobe

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

It's a really old Sheraton. Although it's on an artificial island, it's not that inconvenient to go to the subway directly. There are also shops and art galleries downstairs. But the day I went there was a short holiday in Japan and all the rooms were full. It was the first time I encountered a long waiting list in the breakfast restaurant... I was really scared to death when I saw a bar full of people waiting for a table (it would have been a big mess in China). I was in a hurry to check out and catch the flight and tried to communicate with the usher whether I could pack it up. I didn't expect that they would arrange a seat temporarily. I was so grateful! The quality of breakfast was very good!

An exceptional stay! The front desk service exceeded expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. The staff were consistently friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. One night for sightseeing. It's a bit of a walk from Maiko Station. The hotel is on a hill, but it was easy to get up there with the elevator. The room had an ocean view. You could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island. It was great to be able to see both the sunset and the illuminations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.

If you go to 01 to see the Ferris wheel 🎡, you can't see the Kobe Tower. Of course, the view on the balcony will be better 4 The large round massage bathtub is not available in every room, at least not in the modern room type (whether it is executive modern or luxury modern) 5 The hotel rooms are basically facing east, and you can see the sunrise. 6 I have a question to ask the hotel. Is the room glass one-way? Because the balcony is quite large, people in the next room can see it from the balcony of the next room

Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

The largest room I have stayed in in Japan. It has complete facilities and room to turn around. The location is very convenient, only two to three hundred meters away from Kobe Station. It only takes a few minutes to get to Kobe Port. The breakfast is mediocre and the supply capacity is limited. There should be more coffee machines. There is also a queue. Most hotels in Japan are small, and it is rare to find one with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed at night). But it was usually 500, and now it's over 1,000, which is quite expensive. Overall satisfied.

The selected 1.8 rice bed room, the area is OK in Japan. The bed is too soft! ! ! Stayed for six nights, changing towels every day to collect garbage, although I think the bedding does not need to be changed to be more environmentally friendly, but there is still a reminder. And if you don't change the bedding, you should at least make the bed, although we would have laid the quilt. Two people lived in two room cards, one day forgot to bring a card to make up one, when I checked out, I was charged 3,000 yen, and a repeated use of the room card was too expensive! I asked for a receipt, if I found it, I would like to say it again. Small business hotel, but in addition to the above problems are very good, there is a 24-hour hot spring bath on the 2nd floor, the restaurant on the 9th floor has a good view of the scenery. Every night, the rooftop lounge chair on the top floor is also good.
