The rooms are very cossy and were not as spacious as given in the website.
Bathrooms are not clean.
Room service is very bad and food quality is very bad.
I had to take extra bed but I was just provided with mattress over the floor.

The property won't be as like as in the picture, there won't be any view at all, just an roof of an old building for city view and bamboo tree for forest view, the rooms are not properly cleaned, no basic facilities provided like other hotels, even at a cheaper price than this. Location is not as near as it looks like in Map. Very narrow passage and congested Parking, poor treatment of staffs, they won't even respond to your emergency needs.

It was a nice stay. Staffs were extremely friendly. Rooms were very neat. Overall ot was a really good experience. Looking forward to coming here again.

stay was good and best but parking is lil difficult. they have parking but on the slopes. its lil bit hard.
to be disappointing morning breakfast wasn't so good for me. i had to face some digest issues. Stay was very great for the price

Our stay at Vivera was not pleasant since location was slightly remote.The TV in the room was not at all working since its cable TV package was not renewed.Also the room service was very average.Even towels were not replaced.

Stay was quite good. Location is great. Food is good. Got all support from all the staff. But if you are checking in early they don't have any common washroom.That is only thing I suggested to Vivera.

Room is not big and i felt it's bit congested (1st floor Rm 102). Parking was one of the biggest problem at vivera highlands. We wasted close to 1hr daily in the morning to get the car out of the parking lot..
No water bottle is provided..No cleaning service everyday..Only food was good . I rate 2 of 5 ..
