Very near to Kodaikanal Lake. Hot water available at specific time 6.30 am to 9 am and evening 6.30 to 7. Room & facilities good

A very pleasant and comfortable stay .The hotel was very neat and clean...The food was good and tasty and the attenders were also helpful and polite ..overall the services provided were good...enjoyed another thank you

Property was good but no proper facilities was provided.. main discomfort we faced was hot water supply and power supply.. hot water available only for limited time in the morning.. we waited so long and the end the water came was very muddy .. overall we felt as a poor stay

One of the worst hotel. Avoid booking a stay at this hotel at any costs. Not worth for the money. Hot water will not be provided and you have to follow them up in the morning atleast for half an hour. Hot water only in the morning hours and evening only one hour so be prepared to experience the kodaikanal cool water if you are planning your stay here. Staff are very irresponsible. The rooms are not clean and worst in condition. Booking this hotel will ruin your vacation.

The hotel offers no breakfast and dinner options. There is no service at all. They do not offer water in room or even a plate or dish if requested. Hotel staffs are always busy taking personal calls from their mobile and get irritated if requested for anything. The rooms are extremely small and not clean, walls are dirty and offers no view. Hot water was made available only after multiple requests. Overall it is not a good place to stay.

Getting hot water became so hard here. If you have kids then need to discuss more often with hotel authority, reception for collecting hot water.

This hotel not worth for price services also nit great no. Wifi, old bed spread. Blanket also damaged conditions
