9 year before I'm working one of the staff in this resort. Now I'm working in Dubai.Recently I had married so I came for Honeymoon. It was totally different from before iam working and now so developed well.its pleasant and good.sabari he is one of the staff there he takes care very well and so friendly.Food is good and rich in Taste.The candle light dinner was awesome no words to describe it.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged.

Rooms are good and supportive staff,their hospitality is excellent. Food is good. We missed our dress and they couriered it. Also after checking out, they provided room for refreshing as we came back seeing all the places. This is our second visit to this place. Go for it and will not regret

It was indeed a pleasant stay with Lillys valley resort.. right from the rooms till the checkout, they took good care of us.. the rooms were neat very comfortable.. we were 10 and they gave a very good accommodation with breakfast... because of the rooms and Lilly valley resort, our stay become memorable and we will surely visit this place next time when we go to kodaikanal..

I have stayed two nights in lilly's valley resort I got wonderful experience the staff are very helpful and humble , very safe locality ,food was good. I took queen suit the room was neat and clean and i don't see any issues in the resort it was good only

This cottage location is close by to all the tourist place. from ambience to customer service to hospitality etc, everything is just perfect ☺️ in this place staffs are curtious, we had breakfast & dinner, the food is tasty & hot. Campfire also available!!

We spent two nights in this hotel and we liked it. The rooms are good and comfortable. Has all the required amenities. We missed the drawers; however other things are quite good. The outside ambience is very good. Lots of flowers and greenery. Swings are enjoyable. They also have a camp fire at night. They have created a castle inside the property and we liked it. Breakfast as well as dinner are very tasty. We loved the tea as well as the coffee. The dining area is quite pleasant. Service is outstanding. Very positive attitude. I must make a mention of the manager Mr. Manohar who is very helpful and caring with a smiling face. We loved the place and would like to visit again.
