Washroom is badly maintained and not cleaned properly. Hand shower in the toilet not working. Washroom have not hygiene. Water heater is not working properly. Customer service is good.

Very bad welcome, due to festival season they know costomers will come again and again. They tried to regret us. But we booked and paid our fee one day before. No soap and hand wash, kettle etc. Nothing in the room exept bed and chair
