this is a very nice hotel for staycation very good service. all the staff are very friendly breakfastvery nice. the only thing that need to be complain is the jacuzzi lack of maintain… when i turn on the Jacuzzi system got alot of dirty thing come out from the jacuzzi.

Breakfast is excellent and delicious. The beach is full of rock not suitable for children but u can walk to the nearby Sanom beach which is paradise.

We stayed at the Jacuzzi Villa with an ocean view, and the view was indeed stunning. However, the bar was closed during this season, which was a bit disappointing since there weren’t any other options for drinks or music at night.
The staff was friendly, but there’s room for improvement. For example, the room service had to pay directly, and we couldn’t add it to the room bill.
We also had to request a replacement for the beer on the mini-bar, but they only brought us the exact number of beers we had requested. To top it off, they charged us almost double the mini-bar price for each beer.

First of all, the hotel itself is nice and close to the water with a nice view, this can be definitely recommended.
But there are a couple of things that are not good. 1. A generator is running around the clock close to the entrance which vibrates through the ground. Earplugs were necessary to sleep. 2. The bar with awesome view closes 8pm already. 3. Lack of space for breakfast, you need to wait and come back until a table is free 4. E.g. Omelette is not possible to be served with vegetables at all, just egg and cheese in it, thats it. Milk, Salt, etc. needed to be refilled by actively engaging with the staff 5. The location is really far away from everything, but this is not serious as it can be considered. One night is okay, but there is not more around to be seen. Sunrise or Pattaya Beach has mu g more to offer.

The hotel has an island vibe with half-opened bathrooms (avoid if you’re scared of frogs and geckos). We had an issue with door not closing properly but thankfully it was fixed after we reported it. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the area around the hotel when walking to Pattaya Beach is very messy with a lot of trash but that seems to be the case in most of Koh Lipe’s back streets. The hotel area was cleaned daily. The little swimming pool in front of the room looks nice but we didn’t use it because it’s next to the main path in the resort and it wasn’t particularly clean.

This hotel truly surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm, genuine hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay—it felt just like home.
The room was super clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, giving a true sense of serenity.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing.
The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.
