Cheap and cheerful. Bungalows are basic but comfortable with just the most essential amenities. Staff are friendly and generally helpful. There’s a large pool with bar and a large open restaurant. Menu is the usual mixture of western and local fare. The food is ok but not exceptional and there was no fresh seafood bbq during our visit. Best thing about the resort is the location - right on the beach. A good option for budget travellers.

This place is pure heaven. The bay is the most beautiful beach on Koh Phangan and it’s not too busy. Everything you need for a quiet time is on this beach and available in the resort. Special shout out to Soe who runs the pool bar. He is the kindest and loveliest young man who made our stay even better. The restaurant has a delicious selection of Thai, western and bbq food where you dine on the beach under big banyan trees. The rooms are basic but comfortable and it is very good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everyone makes you feel extremely welcome. We were sad to leave, but we will 100% return again and again. Paradise!

Popped by for lunch as we were staying at another resort on the beach, the staff are lazy the beach needs a clean lots of plastic bottles, pizza was a frozen one look warm same as the beer, they even charged us a service charge, best avoid to risk being disappointed

We used the Dreamland Resort transfer to the New Year party. The driver had an accident on the way back and knocked over a scooter driver. The scooter driver fell. However, the driver wasn't interested, he just kept driving. Hit and run!

We slept two days in the resort, and unfortunately, despite a nice swimming pool and a beautiful tree on the terrace, the services and the welcome are of very poor quality. We are given a room where a foot of the bed is broken, we hang the shower and the support breaks, the staff is at least partly very unfriendly, and the hotel is expensive. We slept in another Resort at the other end of the beach which for the same prices is incomparable. Smile, entertainment in the evening, food, high quality breakfast included

The location is ideal if you like great peace and quiet. The pool is beautiful. The restaurant is very good. The cleaning is done on request. But: The superior bungalow is very dark, and lacks ventilation because the windows do not open. The curtains were stuck. During our entire stay we showered with cold water. No safety box in the bungalow. No hair dryer either. Giving this establishment 3 stars is really very generous!
