Booked for a week. Arrived a day after booking started. Were told that because we didn't inform them that we'd be late they automatically rented it out to someone else. Leaving us high and dry.
Apparently was in the small print that theyv had to be informed if dates were changed.
When you're travelling 24hours in a bus and in ferries and have no means of phoning, small print isn't your main priority.
Whether they're right or not, not really the most relaxing fun... .

Not the best choice if you spend some days in the island. Unlucky location in the middle of nowhere. Still the couple that run the business are okay, but I’d not recommend to go there..

Quiet place, peaceful, suitable for relaxation. Clean rooms, only 4 km from Haad Rin. In front of the beach, sit and watch the sunset in the evening. Beautiful view. Phi Noi and Mr. Martin are lovely, kind, give advice and take care of the guests. Next time, I will stay again. 😊😊🙏🙏

We stayed in the budget room which were absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Clean and had all the amenities that were required. The place is a family run business ran by such genuine people that make you feel at home. The accommodation is situated right on the beach which is really nice. The food & coffee are excellent also. Would 100% return to this accommodation. Also really enjoyed watching all the dogs playing on the beach every day 😂
