A very modest hotel, the territory is a dump, an unpleasant smell. Had to live in it solely because other hotels were unavailable through Russian booking services.
The house itself is not bad, normally equipped, but dirty. The line of houses is separated from the kitchen by a bamboo wall.
Roosters crow very loudly in the morning, and, of course, the neighboring rooms are very audible.
The pool is terrible, we even disdained to swim there. There are plenty of accommodations nearby in the same bay, but for some reason Russian booking services do not show it ...
The staff is extremely rude and indifferent, although there is one friendly girl. But overall, this is the first time I have encountered this in 5 trips to Thailand.

The location is very cool. The hotel doesn't seem bad, but if you want to sleep, then forget it. The audibility in the rooms is incredible. You can hear absolutely everything that is happening in your neighbors. There is parking next to the standard rooms and motorbikes are available from 5 am. The mattress is hard, you get up in the morning like you're beaten.

Pen's is amazing. I've visited a few times over the years and it never disappoints. The staff are wonderful, the food is spot on (Anna is a whizz in the kitchen!), and the location cannot be beaten - feet in the sand, you can chill out all day long here. They have a variety of room styles, all excellent. They also have one of the best dive clubs I've ever dived with right onsite. Once you arrive, you'll want for nothing - go and enjoy every minute! Special thanks to Tanya for her super smiles every morning!!

I honestly was not impressed with this establishment. The rooms really need an upgrade and the place had seen a better era in the past. There is a bit of garbage that comes in with the tide but thats not the fault of the establishment. Management sits about all day and does allot of nothing. The young staff however is very attentive.

We stayed here for 8 nights in December and absolutely loved it! The rooms are basic but have everything you need, and you are right on the most beautiful beach with a pool which are children loved.Its a family run place and they really look after you. The restaurant and food was also really good. The beach and area are beautiful and relaxing would definitely return again.

The real family business, not a luxury resort but very cosy and have a beautiful view. The beach is fantastic!! Good for family and friends. It’s a place for relax more that party. There are many services such as travel agency if you want to have one day trip, bike and car rental, laundry service, food and drink and they have even an exchange service.
