Super relaxed atmosphere with lovely people who want to please you. You can rent a scooter, go paddle boarding and all the food you can get here is really great! Sweet dogs on site and a beautiful swimming pool with infinity pool overlooking the sea. What else do you want?

Really enjoyed 4 nights at sabaii bay resort, stayed in a bungalow on the beach just 1 minute to the sea , nice room , nice pool , big gym but some of the machines need better maintenance , very quiet when i stayed , very quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes on a bike to the pier , the pier area has a lot going on, many restaurants, shops, some bars, 7-11 , for me the best area to stay , one thing i did not like is that reception closed at 9pm and then no-one in reception, no security walking around either but i would stay again

Great resort on the beach, run by the most friendly team. Bar on the beach serves great food & drinks (Tommy - best barman), breakfast can be bought by reception which was also great. 3 minute walk to shops/restaurants on the high street as well as great bar next door (Puks). We had the best night in Alcove Restaurant (15 mins in taxi)- well worth it. Beach was rocky and not the best to swim in as so shallow, but stunning beaches short taxi ride away, and lovely pool at the resort.

Absolutely stellar experience at Sabaii Resort in Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand! When our AC wasn't cooling properly, they swiftly replaced it within three hours. The staff's professionalism and politeness made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this resort is among the best in Thailand. Highly recommend it for a memorable vacation

Service, customer service, client oriented? It is not about this place. It is more how to make more money anyway. When u order a room and expect to have it, do not rush… it will be a random on the place during the check-in… they will give u a free room, even if it don’t look like u pay for… even lower level… The staff and manager was not friendly, they don’t want to find a compromise, to help… just 1 position and that’s all… The hotel is avg., and bc of that overpriced (ok, if u lucky and nice room/bungalow will be free, congrats! But better to choose another place). … we even didn’t have a hand towels, fridge (it was on the pics), and many many things but who cares?😄 Btw we had a Superior bungalow! Not recommended this place, never again…

this resort is not what it looks like on the pictures. the bungalows were very small and dirty. bugs were able to get in through the night and i woke up covered in mosquito bites and ants. not to mention there was cockroaches all over the bathroom. we were meant to stay 3 nights and left after the 1st night it was unbearable. there is also a 6 week old kitten in a small cage constantly crying at reception and is so hungry. when you pet the wee thing she is purely skin and bones. i really wanted to take her with me, felt awful for the wee thing :( treat your animals better and feed your kitten. it is by itself 24 hours in that cage with no attention or proper care. disgusting treatment. we were not offered any money back despite our room being infested with cockroaches and not up to proper hygiene standards.

This is my second time staying at Sabaii Bay. It is my favorite resort in Thailand. It’s a small family run resort that is a bit secluded yet within blocks of the main road. The service is wonderful and personal. Right on the beach with a wonderful infinity pool. I hope to get back soon.
