Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was fantastic—very attentive and professional. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the property itself was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of areas to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The beach line is quite narrow, and the sand is relatively coarse, though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire North Coast. Additionally, the rooms are designed in a way that you can hear your neighbors, as they are separated by connecting doors. This can occasionally affect privacy and quietness.
Overall, despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

Very nice Villa.
Full of natural vibe.
So many tree surrounding the area.
All the staffs are very welcoming and friendly.
It has 1 restaurant in the hotel. But it is also very easy to walk along the beach to reach W hotel for OTHER restaurant.
only thing is the room is very humid, there are some moth' eggs in the toilet room. It would be great if dehumidifier is provided in the room.
Tv cannot do screen mirror with my mobile phone.
It wouls be great if this can be considered.
Room has very nice view on the hill.

Very nice resort with garden. Good design.
We oder room with bathtub out door.
There is no light for reading. Only one main switch.
The TV not lacated at good possition, it was block by 2 ropes.
Other thing is good for me.

We stayed for 3 nigjts in a pool villa, the villa was quite okay but many mosques. I would not recommend the stndard rooms. The hotel location is isolated and terrible not close to anything. The road up to the hotel is completely flooded and you can not walk out. Food in the restaurant is terrible for the price paid. Avoid this one

But its the small things that bother like internet is not connecting, the restaurant is expensive but what you get is less then you get in much simple restaurant,

We had a wonderful stay at Fairhouse villa ocean suite l. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. Room were clean. Will definitely be back again!

Overall is this hotel a quite good point to escape.
We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom.
Everyone was really kind and friendly.
The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food.
Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion.
Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help.
And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes.
Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui.
It just missing few details to make it perfect.
