What really stood out was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are quite basic, so don’t expect luxury, but for the price it offers good value. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service, I’d happily recommend it."

"The view was absolutely stunning! We stayed in ocean view pool villa #28, and the mini-bar was generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We ate all three meals at the hotel, and the prices were reasonable, plus the restaurant had a beautiful view. In the afternoon, there was also free afternoon tea by the public pool."

The Sarann Koh Samui, Suites & Villas ★★★★
"The hotel is quite far from any amenities, but it's very close to the road. Extremely close, in fact. If you're hoping for a peaceful night's sleep, never book a room facing the road. Otherwise, you'll be jolted awake by every sportbike or 'disco on wheels' all night long. That said, the hotel itself is nice. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is excellent! There's a pool, a mini-gym, a restaurant, and well-maintained grounds. The staff are good, no complaints there. Nearby, on the beach, there's a pleasant restaurant that's a bit cheaper and even more interesting. To swim in the sea, you'll need to walk about 300-500 meters. The breakfast isn't amazing, but you won't go hungry. There's a viewpoint nearby with views over all of Chaweng, but you have to walk along the highway to get there."

"If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Soundproofing does not exist. It’s not bad, it doesn’t exist. I can could hear literally everything, even guests 2 rooms away from me talking casually. Also, the planes are landing straight above your head, so if you like to sleep until 9-10am, forget about it. First plane lands around 8am. In the picture you can see the doors from inside of the room. Light from a hallway coming in from all the sides, same as sounds. Apart from not being able to sleep, hotel is decent, nice pool and nice food in a restaurant. Good location if you don’t mind the planes in the morning. Breakfast is fine, but it could br improved.Room floor was dirty, couldn’t walk barefoot. For this money I expected way better soundproofing."

"Room aircond takes a long time to become cold. Hotel is facing the sea and the beach area is limited, it's not really a beach that you can walk along the coastline. Toilet drainage is poor, it will get flooded during shower."
