This review is not aimed at the staff who were there, as they were friendly, happy and helpful. This review is aimed at the Management, wherever they are, as they certainly were not visible. Plus points 1) = STAFF on site. 2) breakfast choice and quality. Negative points 1) power cut off repeatedly, not sure if always to all the hotel or just to our room some times, but one time in the middle of the night it came back on with all lights coming on and air con off for some time. 2) bathroom design is awful - the water from shower goes all the way across the floor without proper drainage, making it slippy and stinky, and with a partial smoked glass window to bedroom, all the family can almost see into the bathroom. 3) one coffee machine for all guests, there was always a queue at breakfast - can no manager think to get another ? 4) the floors generally in room and common areas are dirty, also the beach - no one is picking up litter. 5) in room phone kept ringing on the first evening, so we unplugged it, there was no explanation 6) MAIN ISSUE = NO MANAGEMENT VISIBILITY, no encouragement or training to their hardworking staff, no initiatives to take suggestions from customers or staff to make improvements.
