Maenam Resort Koh Samui

Of my entire trip to Thailand, this experience was the worst in terms of service and hospitality. The staff, including the manager, were cold and extremely unpleasant. During my first visit, I was discreetly seated in an empty corner of the restaurant for a business call. A waitress interrupted me to ask me to speak more quietly, even though I wasn't disturbing anyone. We were also refused a table on the terrace on the pretext that it was untidy. The next morning, I returned for breakfast and some work. Despite the restaurant being empty, I was given a time limit of 1.5 hours. When I tried to speak to the manager, she was aggressive, refused to listen, and cut short any discussion. No explanation, just contempt. The attitude was so disrespectful that I preferred to leave without ordering. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and contempt for customers: I strongly advise against this establishment.

Resort with buildings that appear new and are very well maintained. Staff are very pleasant, friendly, and committed to customer satisfaction. Very quiet location, heavenly beach. The bungalows are located right on the beach. Top

We have been to the Maenam Resort 3 times, attracted by its shaded beach and its cheap menu. The chef's welcome was very good, but the rest is not up to scratch. The waitresses are useless, bringing you dessert before the main course!!! The bill is cheap, but the dishes are mediocre. Dirt is everywhere, and the bad smells are disgusting. We have not seen the bungalows, but everything seems dated. We strongly advise against it.
