Of my entire trip to Thailand, this experience was the worst in terms of service and hospitality. The staff, including the manager, were cold and extremely unpleasant. During my first visit, I was discreetly seated in an empty corner of the restaurant for a business call. A waitress interrupted me to ask me to speak more quietly, even though I wasn't disturbing anyone. We were also refused a table on the terrace on the pretext that it was untidy. The next morning, I returned for breakfast and some work. Despite the restaurant being empty, I was given a time limit of 1.5 hours. When I tried to speak to the manager, she was aggressive, refused to listen, and cut short any discussion. No explanation, just contempt.
