We had a very bad experience at this hotel, the room that was given to us is not the room that we booked! We came 2 hours early prior to our check in time, they told us that our room was upgraded!! Showed us the breakfast coupon with the room number on it! Take note we haven’t check in yet!? they ask us to wait as the room not ready yet, when we get back they told us that the room wasn’t available so they move us at the cheapest room for what i know i argued with katty from front desk who is unprofessional to handle guest needs! She told me why i can booked 4 nights at trip.com but they only had 1 night available! I ask for manager in charge she told me not around???? we wanted to move to another hotel and cancel everything but told us it will takes about a month to reimburse the money and not sure if we get 100% money back so we decided to stay instead, Gigi gave us meal voucher as compensation but this is not about giving free to guest! Its about the satisfactory of the guest stay! Staff are not attentive, i will NOT recommend the breakfast buffet! there are lots of restaurants nearby that you can get a better service, and great tasty foods… they don’t change the bedsheets before i left the room put the bedsheets on the floor as indication i even called front desk when we get back in the afternoon i saw the same bedsheets they put on the bed… this is ridiculous! i had skin rashes i thought it was because of the sun but not! Behind our room is the staff ground they are loud!!
If you are a big size or tall person you cannot seat in the toilet bowl…🤦🏼♀️
