We had a nice stay with our two children at LBD resort. The hotel is fairly quiet as it’s set back behind buildings, but it’s also well located a short taxi ride from the centre of kolkata. The staff were helpful and friendly and helped us order taxis, Ubers etc. The pool was nice and our children enjoyed playing in it. It’s also pleasant to sit by the pool and enjoy tea and snacks. The restaurant in the hotel had really nice food and was fairly inexpensive and the breakfast was also good with lots of options. The rooms were cleaned every few days to a good enough standard. It also felt safe as it was within a gated area with a security guard. We would recommend this hotel as a good one in its price range!
